Amintaccen sarari ga kowa da kowa inda harshe ko matsakaici ba shi da shamaki kuma.

Me yasa Ya zama Labari?

Akwai wasu ƙa'idodi da ayyuka da yawa waɗanda ke ba da taimakon lafiyar kwakwalwa ta hanyar kwararru. Amma babu wanda ya isa ga al'umma.

 

Don magance wannan mun samar da sarari mai aminci ga daidaikun mutane don taimakon juna ta hanyar labarai ta nau'ikan maganganu daban-daban. 

Wani nau'i na lafiyar hankali da ke haɗa wasu da juna. Tabbatar da cewa ba kai kaɗai ba ne da gaske.
